How it makes you move
Festival of Sports, Kunsthuis Syb, Beetsterzwaag, 2015

An installation of prints that break down 'techniques of the
body' in existing and non-existing games, vinyl floor mark-
ings for a possible game, and a number of balls inside and
outside the exhibition space. During the performance, a
group of local school children demonstrate how to play
games they invented – based on collaboration rather than
competition – and the new techniques required for this.
The games were developed during a series of workshops
over six weeks, and include drawing the playing field
markings as part of a game.
